An Unbounded Heart: Lovingkindness Retreat

This Insight Meditation weekend retreat is being held at the St. Benedict Center, located in Schuyler, NE. The retreat begins on Thursday, December 07th at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday, December 10th at 1:00pm. We ask that you arrive between 4:30pm and 6:00pm on Thursday to settle into your room. The retreat center will be serving dinner promptly at 6:00pm.
During this retreat we will focus on the practice of Metta (Lovingkindness). This silent retreat is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. We will develop a wise and compassionate attitude in our practice, as well as nurture a spirit of inquiry. The retreat is an invitation to extend and deepen personal experience of insight meditation with instruction on the establishments of mindfulness, metta, and forgiveness.
