To join the Month-Long Meditation Challenge, choose the month you wish to commit to from the available options. After completing your payment, you will receive a Zoom link to join the group online. Each month's group will meet every weeknight at 9:00 PM CST.

Each session offers an exclusive online environment for 30 minutes of silent meditation, fostering stillness and presence together. As a participant, you'll also gain access to a supportive online community for daily inspiration, mindfulness resources, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded practitioners.     • Brief introductory remarks or reflections will be offered at the beginning of each session.
    • Q&A sessions will be offered on Fridays to address questions and provide deeper insights.
