Sessions — Weekly on Mondays from 7:00pm to 7:45pm
Insight meditation, also known as Vipassana, is a practice that allows individuals to develop a deep understanding of their own minds and the nature of reality. By cultivating mindfulness and strengthening various wholesome qualities of mind, we learn to peel away the veils that obscure reality and experience the world as it truly is, unfiltered by our conditioned perceptions. Join me for these weekly Monday evening meditation sessions.
